Gallery Lotus provides accurate and detailed descriptions of our handcrafted porcelain vases and related products. While we strive to ensure the images and descriptions on our website are as precise as possible, minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and display differences on screens. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange unless they significantly affect the product’s functionality.
Pricing
The prices displayed on our product pages include applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and method selected at checkout. Both domestic and international shipping fees will vary, and additional charges may apply depending on your location. The final total, including shipping costs, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Methods
Gallery Lotus offers a range of payment options to ensure a smooth and secure checkout process. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments can also be made using Apple Pay for added convenience.
Please note that we do not accept bank transfers or payments through PayPal at this time.
Currency
All transactions on the Gallery Lotus website are conducted in Icelandic Krona (ISK). Prices displayed on the website and the total at checkout are in ISK. If you are purchasing from outside Iceland, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate and additional fees. Gallery Lotus is not responsible for these rates or fees.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Locations
Gallery Lotus ships domestically within Iceland and internationally to most countries worldwide. Domestic orders are shipped via Dropp, and international orders are handled by DHL to ensure reliable delivery.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Customs and Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping costs displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Gallery Lotus accepts returns of products in their original condition within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue store credits equal to the amount paid. These credits can be used for future purchases.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After evaluation, you may be eligible for a full refund or store credits. Items purchased on sale or with discounts are final sale and not eligible for returns unless defective.

All content on the Gallery Lotus website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of Gallery Lotus ehf. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without express written permission.
